Logistics & Site Coordination
- Determine who controls the purchasing power - O+A or homeowner
- Order all selected fixtures
- Receive inventory and confirm it is correct and without damage
- Provide storage for all receivables
- Confirm installation timing with builder to ensure materials are on-time
Installation & Completion
- Coordination with builder to ensure fixtures are received at job site for installation
- Delivery of items to the jobsite
- Confirmation of installation
